How to Downgrade from PAID Firmware to FREE Firmware
Before you try to upgrade to Paid HelloBox Software you have to purchase the unlock code. In case you done that by mistake you can return to back to your old firmware from the backup file, or to another firmware file which is can be acquired for free.
Rename the backup file to auto_burn.fac
Copy the file to USB
Insert the USB to box when it is on.
The upgrade will process automatically.
Once you see 9999 or FFFF in the display of your box the process is complete.
Restart your set top box from the switch on the wall.
